Xiaomi Redmi 3s big battery mobile within 7000 Rs launched

Xiaomi entered into the Indian markets with the Redmi 1s phone. Since then, it has never looked backed. The company has emerged as a market leader and it is growing stronger each day.

The new Xiaomi smartphone that people are going crazy about is the Redmi 3S. Like Mi3 and Redmi 1s, Xiaomi will sell its new device on Flipkart from 9th August 2016 onward. Xiaomi will offer 3S in three color options for Rs 6999. Below are the most important features of the latest Xiaomi mobile.

Performance

Xiaomi has always equipped with budget Snapdragon SoCs. The Redmi 3S follows the trend. The Chinese firm has fitted an SD 430 Qualcomm processor in the 3s mobile. SD 430 is a better version of Snapdragon 410 and 400 SoCs. It is an octa-core SoC. The clock speed of the processor in Redmi 3s is 1400 MHz.

Xiaomi has added an Adreno 505 GPU to the Redmi 3s handset. Because of the new generation GPU and processor, the performance of games in 3S is better as compared to Redmi 2.

Dimensions and design

The thickness of Redmi 3s is 8.5 millimeters and the weight is below 149 grams. Despite having newer hardware, the handset is thinner than its predecessor, Redmi 2.

The mobile boasts curved edges. It packs a 128GB microSD reader and 16GB ROM. Xiaomi provides free 5GB cloud storage space to the users who buy its mobile devices. This offer should be available to the users of Redmi 3s as well.

Cameras

The latest 7000 Rs range Xiaomi phone packs a 13 MP PDAF enabled back camera. It has a high-definition selfie 5 megapixels camera. 3S supports recording of full high-def videos at 30 frames/second.

Other features

3s is first Xiaomi phone below 8000 Rs to feature IR blaster. Hence, you can use it as DTH set-top box remote control. This mobile has metal chassis and the below five sensors:

Xiaomi Redmi 3S allows navigation with BEIDOU, GLONASS, and Google Maps. It runs MIUI 7 (Marshmallow OS) and flaunts an HD 5.0 inches screen with CGG.
