Smartron, the domestic OEM and IoT device manufacturer has launched a new fitness band called Tband.
T band is a dust and water resistant fitness device that features an anti-corrosive steel frame. Smartron has listed six color variants of T band on Flipkart. The Straps of the device are different but the design of the bezel, case, buckle, and the price is the same.
The size of the strap is 18mm. According to Smartron, the size is universally accepted. Thus, if the strap is damaged, you buy a new one from a watch shop nearby you.
Tband is the only health band under 5000 Rs with which you can monitor ECG. Well, Electrocardiogram is a test that makes you aware of irregular heartbeats. The heart is one of the most important organs of the body. Irregular heart rhythm is a consequence/sign of a heart ailment.
Tband’s app provides an option to see the ECG graph. As in other health gadgets, you can set fitness goals in the Tband app. The band will sync your health data periodically with the app. Hence, you can compare your goals with the recorded data.

Smartron Tband enables users to set workout reminders/alarms. Apart from the display, Tband displays notifications on your smartphone.
This screen of this device flaunts the current day, time, date, etc. It also displays the weather information of your city. Tband employs a patented algorithm to calculate the user’s health index. It supports USB charging.
The band packs a 0.96-inch OLED display with 128 x 64 pixels resolution and a lithium polymer 100 mAh battery. Tband’s battery lasts for up to 2880 minutes on a single charge.

T band supports wireless collectivity with IOS 8.3 and Android 5 operating system powered devices. It ships with an accelerometer, heart rate, and ECG sensor.
