JioFi is no doubt a great alternative to WiFi routers as it has a SIM card slot, a battery, and it supports connectivity with up to 32 devices at a time.
JioFi is a durable hotspot. It has been built by leading contract manufacturer i.e. Foxconn. Although JioFi is a powerful device, it comes in a locked state i.e. you cannot use SIM card of other carriers with it. I have been using JioFi since 2017 and I have not faced any issues with the Jio WiFi hotspot yet.
In case you’re not happy with the performance of JioFi or the JIO 4G speed, you can either change the MiFi device with one of the hotspots we have shared below or switch to another network operator.
Note: Network operators are trying their best to stay in competition with JIO by providing affordable mobile data plans. They have also launched WiFI hotspots for the customers. Apart from telecom operators, network equipment manufacturing companies have also introduced hotspots with a SIM card slot.
