Asus, Taiwan’s most admired brand has unleashed two new Android devices in India. The new devices, dubbed as Zenfone Max Pro M1 cost Rs 10999 and 12999 respectively and they’ll be available for purchase only on Flipkart. The newest Asus phones have an unusually long name but they’re worth the money. Why is this so?
M1 flaunts a 5.99-inch IPS Full View display with 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution and thin bezels. The screen has 16:9 aspect ratio and a good brightness level of 450 nits.
The Max Pro M1 mobile packs a 14 Nm Adreno 509 650 megahertz GPU and it carries a Snapdragon 636 Qualcomm 1.8 GHz processor, which packs 4 performance/efficiency cores. The phone from Asus ships with powerful multi-magnet speakers. It also includes a dedicated amplifier.
Max Pro M1 is a dual camera phone. At its backside, the user will find a pair of sensors (13MP and 5MP). The mobile supports PDAF technology and Bokeh effect. It offers 10 beauty modes and a LED flash. According to Asus, M1 Pro’s back camera is capable of recording 4K videos.
Max Pro features a selfie camera captures full HD resolution pictures. It also houses a front soft led flash. Like the back camera, the front-facing camera supports Bokeh effect.
The phone from Asus carries a 5000 mAh capacity battery which supports fast-charging mode and lasts for up to 48 hours on a single charge. It is powered by Android Oreo (8.1) OS.
Asus MPM1 offers a fingerprint sensor. It also supports the fast face unlock technology. It ships with a 2TB MicroSD card slot and two dedicated SIM slots.
The cheapest variant of Max Pro packs 32GB ROM and 3GB RAM. The Rs 12999 variant is fitted with 64GB storage hardware and 4GB system memory. M1 Pro supports VoLTE and 4G-LTE connectivity.
The Asus smartphone is Flipkart exclusive. It will go on sale from the first week of May in two color variants.
Max Pro M1 is the best alternative to Mi Note 5 Pro right now. Motorola’s upcoming handset MG5s might steal the show from Asus. Xiaomi has already sold 100K + units of Mi Note phone. It has no reasons to worry.
