The Chinese Multinational Corporation - ZTE has launched a waterproof IPX7 certified Android Smartphone - Reef. IPX7 certified devices will work even if you submerge it around 30 minutes in water of 3 feet depth. I still remember the day when my phone accidentally fell into water and got damaged, 20 of the repairers i visited failed to make it work again. One skilled guy that my uncle referred me brought the device back to life. Anyways, Reef from ZTE has a price around 149$ (around 9500 INR as 1$=63-65 Rupees). It has a 1GB RAM. Processor and the Operating System:- This device runs the Android Jelly Bean (v4.1) Operating System and it is equipped with a 1 GHz (1000 MHz) processor.

  1. Pramod, I love that they have come up with an Android that can go in water and not be broken forever. That is awesome, are they much more expensive than the other Android phones? The battery seems to last a while too.
