Panasonic has launched a lot of phones in its T series. Today, the firm has introduced a dual core T9 smartphone. Panasonic T9 is retailing for below 4000 Rs on Snapdeal.
This touchscreen device has Android Kit Kat v4.4 operating system and 2 slots for GSM SIM cards. There’s no 3G support available. Don’t be disappointed as there are some 3G enabled handsets in the same price range as T9.
This mobile has GPRS and EDGE internet connectivity options. It comes with a dual core 1.3 GHz CPU. Memory specifications are decent considering its 3945 Rupees price tag. There’s a 4 gigabyte capacity ROM, a microSD slot that can improve the storage capacity of T9 further by 32 GB and a 512 MB of RAM.
Panasonic T9 features 3.5 inch display. This screen is tiny and such display’s are normally found in cheap handsets priced below 2500 Rs. The phone’s resolution is set to 380 x 420 pixels. The resolution is not that great.
The dual core experience would have been better if T9 had WVGA screen. Anyways, this phone is fitted with a microUSB port. Thus it can connect with all types of Windows, Linux laptops and computers.
This Kit Kat phone below 4000 has a VGA fixed focus front camera. There’s a 2.0 MP rear camera. It comes with a 1300 mAh battery. Don’t expect very high quality image output front the 2 shooters. The pictures taken through the cameras would of 480p or lower. The front camera is useless as there’s no 3G support.
T9 from Panasonic has Bluetooth, 3.5 mm headphone jack, WiFi, loud-speaker and a FM Radio. It allows video recording. Panasonic T9 is bulky. It measures around 10.1 mm in thickness. It supports more than 20 Indian languages.
Due to its good set of features, this Panasonic phone is a good competitor to Lava IRIS Music.
