Nikon India has officially launched 3 new digital compact cameras AW1, V3 and J4. The first 2 devices carry a price tag below 45000 Rs. J4 is the cheapest camera of the 3 and it costs around 25000 Rs.
Out of the 3, Nikon 1 J4 and V3 cameras are packed with Expeed 4A processor. They feature 18.4 megapixel CMOS sensor and Nikkor Zoom lens. V3 and J4 support Wi-Fi network connectivity, hence you can easily send videos and images to laptops, computers or phones with Android OS. V3 is lighter than J4. It supports ISO ranges within 160 to 12800. This camera can record videos at 6, 20 and 60 frams per second. It comes with no pass low filter. V3 is priced in India around 39000 Rs.
J4 is a digital camera can shoot 20 pictures (in RAW file format) at an impressive rate of 60 fps. It features a LCD that supports touch gestures.
Nikon 1 AW1 is is a 14.2 MP sensor equipped camera. It has the ability to resist external shocks and water. AW1 can survive low temperate conditions (upto 10 degree Celsius). This shooter comes with the latest hybrid AF system.
It has EXPEED 3G image processor, F3.5, F5.6 aperture lens. It is fitted with a LCD touchscreen 921000 dots resolution. AW1, VR and J4 Nokia 1 series cameras can record at full HD and 720p resolutions.
