HTC One M8 Eye, Desire 820 and Desire 820q phones launched in India

HTC has unveiled the pricing, availability and specs of its 3 latest 4G-LTE phones One M8 Eye, Desire 820 and 820q. According to the Taiwanese MNC, the 3 handsets will start retailing before 5th of November through Flipkart for Rs 39000, 25000 and 22500 respectively.

M8 eye is a nano Sim phone with 5.0 inch Super LCD3 display. It has Corning gorilla 3 protection, 439+ ppi and 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. This handset is loaded with the updated sense UI and Android Kit Kat operating system (v4.4.4). It is fitted with a 128 GB microSD card slot, 16 GB ROM and 2 GB of RAM.

This HTC smartphone sports a 5.0 MP front shooter. It comes with an Adreno GPU, non removable 2060 mAh capacity battery and a quad-core Snapdragon 2.5 GHz processor.

On other hand, Desire 820 features a 720p 5.5 inch LCD Corning Gorillas Glass 3 protection system. It comes with 268 ppi, HTC v6.6 sense user interface and DLNA support. This phone packs with the same volume of RAM and ROM as the above device.

It runs v4.4.2 Android OS. HTC 820 has Adreno 405 GPU, 13.0 MP rear sensor, gps navigation system, cortex A53 2 x 4 core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 615) and a FHD 8.0 MP front camera.

The rear camera of this handset has f/2.2 aperture and BSI sensor. This device comes with an inbuilt amplifier which is supported by HTC boomsound speakers at the front. It features GPS antenna, compass, proximity, ambient light and accelerometer sensors.

Desire 820 is just 7.7 millimeters thin and it’s lightweight too. Its lithium polymer 2600 mAh battery gives 1320 hours of 3G talktime.

Desire 820q is a 64 bit quad-core handset with Snapdragon 410 microprocessor. It is fitted with the same battery, camera and internal storage as the 820. This HTC mobile under 23000 includes dual Sim card slots, 1 GB RAM and it lacks NFC.

The above 3 handsets will get Android Lollipop 5.0 update and they feature stereo sound system.
