HTC’s latest budget phone seems to be the Desire 310. This phones specifications were first spotted online on a European retail website without its price. Successor to the Desire 300, this phone comes with a Mediatek processor which makes it the first MTK processor powered HTC phone. This dual SIM phone sports a 4.5 inch IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen display that has a 480 x 854 pixel screen resolution.
