HTC’s latest budget phone seems to be the Desire 310. This phones specifications were first spotted online on a European retail website without its price. Successor to the Desire 300, this phone comes with a Mediatek processor which makes it the first MTK processor powered HTC phone. This dual SIM phone sports a 4.5 inch IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen display that has a 480 x 854 pixel screen resolution.

The pixel density of this Android 4.2.2 jelly bean device is around 210 - 220 ppi. Like most of the HTC phones, this device uses the HTC sense user interface. This smartphone is equipped with a 512 megabyte RAM, 4 GB storage. The storage of this Android phone is expandable by a 32GB MicroSD card. 3G connectivity enabled HTC 310 features a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front facing camera for video chatting and video calling.

This Android device comes with a 1.3 GHz quad core MT6582M Mediatek processor coupled with a Mali 400 GPU. Weighing around 139 grams, this phone measures 5.16 x 2.69 x 0.44 inches in dimensions. Other features of this phone includes GPS, FM Radio, Java support, 2000 mAh battery.
