A new quad-core 9000 to 10000 rupees range phone has been listed on eBay and Snapdeal. The successor to Micromax A177 has been launched for 8999 Rs in the form of Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 and Lava’s latest LTE phone, XOLO LT2000 has been introduced for Rs 9900. Both these mobiles feature 5.0+ inch HD screen, 3G and they include a powerful battery.
AQ5001 has 2GB RAM and it features MALI or PowerVR GPU along with a quad core 1300 MHz processor. This Micromax phone comes with Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection layer equipped 5.0 inches screen. It features a juicy battery of 3000 mAh capacity. Users can expect 480 to 540 minutes of Talktime with the Canvas Juice 2 phone.
MMX AQ5001 is loaded with Android 5.0 lollipop operating system. It has 8 and 2 million pixel camera at the back, front side. Micromax has not revealed information on the camera sensors and lens used in this phone. If Sony sensors are used, you can capture FHD pictures with both the cameras.
Canvas Juice 2 can play HD videos without lag. It has expandable 8GB storage memory and stereo sound system manufactured by Wolfson. Paytm, Saavn, AskMe and some other popular apps are loaded on this phone.
UI of Canvas Juice 2 resembles the Micromax Canvas Nito A3111 UI but its performance would not be the same.
LT2000 phone has a good design. It has DragonTail 5.5 inches touchscreen display that supports multi-touch events. The DragonTail glass offers good resistance against scratches and it is tough.
XOLO LT2000 employs 64bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor. For multi-tasking, this handset has Android Kit Kat operating system and 1GB RAM. The OS is not outdated. If users want, they can upgrade it to Android L using the OTA update module.
The battery in XOLO LT2000 has the same capacity as Micromax Juice 2. The camera and internal storage specs are also the same. LT2000 has some decent specs but it is not better than Xiaomi Redmi Note or Micromax Yu.
