For the first time, Microsoft will be competing in entry level phone markets with the Lumia 430 phone. This features of this device and its price were officially announced today morning. When launched, Lumia 430 will cost you just 4200 Rupees.
As of now, there are just 2 Windows 8.1 OS powered mobiles within 4000 to 5000 Rs range, the IRIS WIN1, and Celkon Win400. Lumia 430 is not only the cheapest phone from Microsoft Corporation but it will also be a good competitor to WIN1 unless a domestic manufacturer introduces a handset with a lower price tag.
Microsoft LUMIA 430 has interesting specifications. It is powered with 2 SIM card slots. This phone has a dual-core version of Snapdragon 200 1.2 GHz processor and there’s plenty of RAM (1GB) for running Windows apps. It supports 3.5G connectivity. Thus, your download speeds will reach up to 7.2 MBPS (if the telecom operator offers data transfers at this speed).
The file upload speed will be good too. This phone includes 1560 mAh battery. The talk-time on 3G networks would be around 505 minutes. The hardware in this handset is capable of running Windows 10 OS.
Microsoft LUMIA 430 features a WVGA LCD that measures 4.0 inches. The screen resolution is crisp the pixel density of 234 makes the display clear enough for good video playback and ebook reading experience. As you can see in the below image, this device boasts a stylish glossy body with rounded edges and it resembles LUMIA 432.
This cheap 3.5G handset is loaded with 8GB internal storage memory. It reads 128GB microSD cards. The camera specs are ordinary. The front side of Microsoft Lumia 430 flaunts VGA and the rear side includes 2.0 MP camera.
