1. Turn off your mobile phone and press home, center and power button at the same time.
2. After few seconds, you’ll see a triangle symbol on your display.
3. Now press the call button .
4. Now press the volume button and select wipe data factory option or the factory reset option. Once done, press the center button to hard reset your phone.
