Desire portfolio of Taiwan based technology giant HTC has been expanded with the launch of this latest Android phone. Available in white, black and blue color options, Desire 400 has been listed online on the company’s Ukraine, Russian websites with different camera specifications.
The Ukrainian model of this phone has a 5MP rear and lacks front camera whereas the Russian model comes with a much better 8 MP rear and a 1.6 MP front facing camera. Both these models are priced within $200 to $300.
A 3g network compatible device, this mobile features Android jelly bean 4.2 operating system and comes with 1 gigabyte main memory, 1800 mAh battery. This phone has a total storage capacity of 36 GB in which 4GB is inbuilt and the remaining through a MicroSD card.
This device comes equipped with a 1200 MHz Qualcomm snapdragon dual core processor, rear 8 megapixel front facing camera (with BSI sensor can record HD videos) and a 1.6 MP front camera. This dual SIM Android phone is a lightweight device with just 119 grams weight.
This phone is sleek as it has 128 x 66.9 x 8.9 millimeters dimensions. It has a 4.3 inch super LCD2 touchscreen which is decorated with HTC sense user interface. The pixel density is around 218 ppi whereas the screen has been set to a WVGA display of 480 x 800 pixels. Desire 400 features proximity, accelerometer sensors as well.
