2 new laptops in HP’s ZBook series have been spotted online. ZBook G2, the latest notebook from HP sports an anti-glare 15 or 17 inch IPS LED backlit display. Its motherboard comes integrated with Intel 4600 HD graphics chip. It also includes one of the 2 ISV certified GPUs i.e. Nvidia Quadro with 4 or 8 GB dedicated graphics memory or AMD W6170M FirePro with onboard 2 GB VRAM.

G2 can be configured with DVD and Blu-Ray Disk writers. It can run 64 bit Ubuntu, Windows 7 and 8.1 operating systems. Depending upon users budget and requirements, this HP laptop’s specs can be downgraded or upgraded.

G2 can be configured with Core i7 or i5 Intel Haswell multi-core processors with 3, 4 or 8 MB cache. If you’re a power user who is interested in getting the ZBook g2, you should consider buying the Core I7 model(with 8MB cache memory). Under the hood, HP Zbook 15, 17 G2 features Intel QM87 Mobile chipset.
