Oppo had scrapped its plan to update its devices to Android 4.4 OS. Now the company has taken an u turn and decided to roll out the update for 2 of its flagship smartphones - Find 5 and N1. While interacting with one of its users on Google Plus, Oppo mentioned that the 2 phones will get Kit Kat based Color OS2 firmware. This can be considered as a good news for people who own Oppo N1 and Find 5 as the update will add more features and better user interfaces to the phones.
Find 5 is an Android 4.1 OS running device. It has a 1080p multi-touch LCD of 5.0 inches. This mobile packs with APQ8064 Quad-core 1500 MHz Snapdragon CPU, 2GB RAM and Adreno 320 GPU. It features a 13.0 MP primary snapper that can capture Full HD videos and 4128 x 3096 pictures. It also comes with a front 1.90 MP camera. This phone has a non-removable 2500 mAh battery, dual LED flash and it doesn’t support microSD cards. You can buy Find 5 online in black and white color choices.
N1 has a 5.9 inch large LCD that has the same resolution, memory and GPU specs as the above phone. It includes a 1.7 GHz Snapdragon 600 chip and a battery of 3610 mAh capacity. The most interesting feature of this smartphone is its rotating camera in which a 13.0 MP sensor is attached to a 206 degree hinge. Thus the front camera can be used as a rear and vice versa. N1 can be purchased in white and dark blue options.
