Acer has decided to compete with HP stream 12 and Google Chrome OS powered laptops with its latest 200 dollar product named Aspire E11. This machine is configured with good volume of RAM, decent processor and a powerful operating system. Thus ensuring a smooth multi-tasking experience at an unbelievable price.
Acer Aspire E11 is loaded with Microsoft Bing and v8.1 windows OS. It has a high-definition (1366 x 768 pixel resolution) 11.6 inch display. The screen lacks touch support. The laptop can store up to 32 GB of your data to its solid state drive. When the laptop is turned on, It boots v8.1 of Microsoft Windows 8.1 OS. Acer Aspire E11 packs with 2GB of DDR3L SD-RAM. It has a 2160 megahertz Intel Celeron CPU a HD on-board graphics chip. It gets power from a lithium ION 3 cell battery.
Acer has claimed 5 hours of battery backup with the E11. This cheap laptop features USB 3.0, 2.0, HDMI ports, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi system. Aspire E11 weighs 1.288 kilograms. It is 291 mm long and 21.7 mm thick. It is fitted with a SD card reader, HD web-cam, sound system and stereo speakers. E11 from Acer is available in diamond black color option for 199$ on Amazon.
As of now, this laptop is unavailable in India. When launched, it will be priced in 12000 to 15000 Rs range.
