Sony has expanded its PSZ portfolio of hard disk drives by adding the HA2T 2 terabytes capacity device. The company had earlier launched SA25 solid state 256GB, HA1T 1 terabyte drive in India. Both these products from the Japanese company were successfully adopted by laptop and computer manufacturers and with this new high capacity drive being launched in the markets, Sony has given the computer makers a good new option.
This new HDD will cost you around 16000 Rs in India. It is compatible with all Serial ATA motherboards. It can write or transfer data at the rate of 120 megabytes per second. This makes it capable of delivering 4K content too. With such impressive data transfer speeds, Sony PSZ-HA2T is an excellent choice for gamers too. Games often require high quality videos and animations playback and HA2T wont disappoint at all.
It comes installed with a firewire 800, USB 3.0 ports. It also includes a stackable form factor to prevent damages to the drive from intense heat.
