In the coming months, Lenovo would be launching three new tablets, Miix 300, Tab 2 A8 and A10-70 respectively. The Miix 300 is a cheap tablet that runs Windows Phone 8.1 OS. The remaining 2 A series tablets from Lenovo support Android Lollipop OS. They will be sold with/without LTE connectivity options.
Miix 300 is equipped with Bay Trail Intel processor. It has 2 MP front camera, 5.0 MP rear camera and a 8 inches touchscreen HD display of 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. This Lenovo tablet has 64GB flash storage memory. It can read MicroSD cards too.
Lenovo Miix 300 has 2GB DDR3 RAM, and it will ship with Microsoft Office 365 apps (activated for one year). According to Lenovo, this device can work for 420 minutes when its battery is charged up to 100%. Lenovo will start selling the Miix 300 tablet from July onward.
Lenovo Tab 2 A8 features the same pair of cameras and the 8 inches screen as the Miix 300. It is a 64 bits tablet with quad-core 1300 MHz MediaTek processor. This tablet packs with 4290 mAh battery. It has 1GB RAM.
Tab 2 A8 will be sold with Mediatek MT8735 or MT8161 processor; each version will feature 8 or 16GB storage module. The WiFi only version of this device will sell for a price below 8000 Rs. LTE variant will cost you around 11000 Rs.
Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 is a full HD tablet that features 10.1 inches touchscreen display. It includes 7000 mAh battery, 2GB RAM, and 16GB storage hardware.
This tablet offers 900+ hours of battery backup. It includes 8 megapixel rear and a 5 megapixels front camera. Unlike Tab 2 A8, A10-70 supports 64GB microSD cards. When launched, the WiFi and LTE versions of this tablet will be priced at 12000, 17000 INR.
Both the above tab two tablets feature the latest Dolby Atmos sound technology. They’ve advanced navigation features, preloaded apps, SIM card slots. They’ll be available from April 2015 onward.
