Today, Micromax has introduced a budget Android Kit Kat tablet in its Canvas series. This tab, dubbed as Canvas P666 features an Intel Z series dual core 1200 MHz CPU (Z2520). This chip is supported by a HD PowerVR SGX544 GPU.
Canvas P666 flaunts a 8.0 inch large touchscreen display that uses capacitive sensing and IPS technologies. It has a HD 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. This tab comes with an Android v4.4.2 Kit Kat OS. It packs with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM. It has a 0.310 Kg weight and 4400 mAh capacity battery. This 11000 Rs tablet features accelerometer, proximity and light sensors. It supports connectivity with CDMA and GSM networks. To connect to mobile networks, users must install a microSIM card slot in the P666. When you have connected a SIM card, you can easily make internet video or 3G calls through this tablet. This device is enabled with Java support. Thus users can load apps with .jar, .jad extensions. Micromax Canvas P666 comes with decent imaging hardware. There’s 2 MP front and a 5.0 MP rear camera. There’s no flash support available for imaging in dim light conditions.
