HP has decided to use the Cortex A7 architecture based quad-core Allwinner A31 1.1 GHz CPU in its 10 plus tablet. This is a suprising move from the company as most the device it has launched till date are equipped with Intel or Qualcomm chips. Anyways, the processor may not be as powerful as Mediatek or Snapdragon SoC but it can give decent performance. This 1.5 pound device has been installed with a 16 GB ROM and Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat OS.
It is fitted with a Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n module for establishing local network or internet connectivity. HP 10 plus come with a touchscreen 10 inch IPS capacitive 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution enabled display. The display is large, hence you can use this device to stream online videos. It boasts dual speakers at the front. The speaker sound output wont disappoint you. This silver-colored device flaunts a HD 5.0 megapixel rear camera.
It is equipped with a front 2.0 megapixel snapper. The back camera shoots videos and takes pictures of 720p and 1080p resolutions. This 10 inch HP tablet can play videos for 6 continuous hours at 100% battery. Its Allwinner CPU is supported by 2GB of SDRAM. It comes preloaded with all of your favorite Google services (including Google Play, Chrome and maps). Users can download their favorite apps through the Google play store. This HP budget tablet has 0.37 inch thickness and Bluetooth 4.0.
It gives you direct access to HP’s cloud storage and photo sync services. Thus can can upload large volume of data to the cloud servers. This tablet under 300 is stuffed with a g-sensor, microSD card slot and a 7700 mAh battery. The backup power is decent. The tablet is priced at 280$ (below 16000) on Amazon. HP 10 plus is extremely light and it is easy to carry around, thanks to its 0.6 weight. As of now, HP 10 Plus is available for select countries (including US).
