Micromax has finally launched its alternatives to Lumia 630, 525 phones in the form of Canvas Win W121 and W092. The company is already doing well with its Android phones in the markets. With these 2 mobiles launched, this Indian phone maker has taken a giant step to further dominate the smartphone markets in the country. Cheapest of the two, W092 has a price tag around 6500 Rs. Powered with a 1500 mAh battery, this mobile runs on Windows phone 8.1 operating system.
It has system memory of 1GB and it has an internal storage capacity of 8GB. It features a FWVGA IPS capacitive touchscreen display of a 580 x 854 pixel screen resolution. Canvas Win W092 has rear camera with 5 megapixel sensor, LED flash and a VGA front camera. It packs with a Snapdragon 200 1.2 GHz quad core processor which makes this mobile equally powerful as the Nokia Lumia 525. It supports 3G connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, GPS, AGPS navigation, GPRS too. Win W121 flaunts a IPS 5 inch capacitive 720p touchscreen display. It has a 2000 mAh battery, 8 megapixel back snapper, 2 megapixel front facing camera.
It’s specs include proximity, light and gravity sensors too. Other specs of this phone remain the same as the W092 phone. Both these mobiles have 2 SIM card slots. They support HD video recording, playback of renowned media file formats like MP3, MP4, AAC,…etc.
