Microsoft’s smart licencing strategy for Windows phone 8.1 OS have started showing its effects in the company’s major markets. Now phones with good specs & Windows OS are being priced in the same range as Android devices. Few days ago, we had reported the launch of Celkon’s first phone with Microsoft windows OS. Now meet its competitor LAVA IRIS Win1.
This new handset is better than Celkon Win 400 and it is highly affordable. Just like most other LAVA handsets, Win1 will be listed on flipkart. Its price in India is expected be below 5000 Rupees. The Iris Win1 phone has 5.0 megapixel back camera with BSI sensor. It has LED flash and a VGA camera at the front. Its touchscreen display is sized at 4.0 inches. The screen resolution is of 480 x 800 pixels. WIN1 has a storage memory of 8 gigabytes. It can hold 32 GB microSD cards. The processor in this handset is powerful. There’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2 GHz chip and 2 SIM card slots. Gaming in Win1 wont be a disappointing experience.
This 4999 Rs phone comes with 3G, 2G, WiFi and Bluetooth network support. It has 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.
