Win 400 is a nice phone. It is equipped with an MSM8212 Snapdragon 200 quad-core 1.2 GHz chip from Qualcomm. It has 512 MB of RAM. The handset has a capacitive 10 cm (4 inches) IPS touchscreen WVGA display. It has 2 GB of free storage memory for the user. Celkon Win 400 is 10.3 mm thin. It has a 123 grams average weight. It comes with a 1.3 megapixels secondary camera along with a rear 5.0 MP camera.
The snapper on the backside is accompanied by an LED flash. This 5000 Rs Windows phone has a 1500 mAh battery. It has 1200 minutes of standby time. It is loaded with microSD card slot, GPS module, WiFi, Bluetooth, proximity, and accelerometer sensor.
