Win 400 is nice phone. It is equipped with a MSM8212 Snapdragon 200 quad-core 1.2 GHz chip from Qualcomm. It has 512 MB of RAM. The handset has a capacitive 10 cm (4 inch) IPS touchscreen WVGA display. It has 2 GB of free storage memory for the user. Celkon Win 400 is 10.3 mm thin. It has a 123 grams average weight. It comes with a 1.3 megapixel secondary camera along with a rear 5.0 MP camera. The snapper on the backside is accompanied by a LED flash. This 5000 Rs Windows phone has a 1500 mAh battery. It has 1200 minutes of standby-time. It is loaded with microSD card slot, GPS module, WiFi, Bluetooth, proximity and accelerometer sensor.
