Xiaomi’s upcoming phone Mi4 aka Millet4 specifications have been spotted online at Antutu Benchmarks. Expected to be priced around 320 - 340$, this successor to Mi3 packs with powerful hardware and Android 4.3 jelly bean OS. This upcoming Xiaomi device would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974 800 quad core processor that has a 2.26 GHz clock speed.Mi 4 will use Adreno 330 GPU that has been designed to handle world’s mot complex user interfaces and offer excellent performance of HD games. Like most of the Xiaomi mobiles, Mi4 would be using the company’s very own MIUI interface. It would feature a full high definition display that has a 1920 x 1080 pixel screen resolution. We can expect the phone’s display to be protected with Corning gorilla glass technology and the size to be in excess of 4.5 inches. With a support for WCDMA and 3G network connectivity, Mi4 will come with a rear 13 MP rear and a 8 MP front facing camera. It will be a smartphone with 3GB RAM, 16 GB storage memory.
