Intex launches Aqua Star II, Star L budget quad core phones

2015 is turning out to be a good year for Intex. The phone manufacturer has launched more than 7 affordable phones this year, each with excellent battery backup and price tag of below 13000 Rs. Most of the devices Intex has introduced in the last 6/7 weeks feature the latest version of Kit Kat OS. Now Intex will start selling Lollipop OS powered and selfie centric phones in the markets as it has managed to install Android 5.0 stock OS in Aqua Star L and a 5.0 MP front camera in Aqua Star II phone. Yes, That’s right! Aqua L and Star II are the latest handset from Intex.

Both these Intex phones carry a price tag below 7000 and they are powered with quad-core processors. While Star II uses a 1.2 GHz Spreadtrum chipset, Aqua L features a 1.3 GHz CPU from an unknown manufacturer. Star II has better camera specs than Aqua L and it costs just 5999 Rs. Aqua L is a replica of Star II. It is priced at 6999 Rs on the online retailer Snapdeal.

Intex Aqua Star II

Both the latest Intex Android phones have a 5.0 inch touchscreen display with 480 x 854 pixel resolution. They have 2000 mAh capacity battery. The phones feature a rear camera that houses a 8 megapixel sensor. There’s LED flash installed on the back side of each phone. They have DDR3 1 GB RAM. They have an onboard ROM that can save a max 8GB of user and OS data. Storage in both these quad-core phones is expandable with a 32GB microSD card.

Intex Aqua L

This Star II handset includes a 5 megapixel seflie camera and it can be purchased by customers in grey, black, Blue and white color options. Intex Aqua L has a basic 2.0 front camera. HSPA+ 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio is supported in both Intex phones.
