1:- Firefox:-

Developed by Mozilla corporation ,this is the king of all the browsers available on the internet today.Browsing speed is excellent and Installation requires very less hard disk space .. One of the plus points is the availability of huge number of free addons that can ease your work . These addons are developed and uploaded to Mozilla’s website by programmers around the world .. Never install an addon from any other website excluding Mozilla’s official site .

2:- Google Chrome :-

I used this browser as an alternative to Firefox for a short period of time.. Browsing and download speed is as good as Firefox . It can be used by developers to test their website applications as it has developer tools integrated with it .With a single click you can rearrange every tab that is opened One of the mail plus points of Google chrome is that it consumes lesser RAM than Firefox .. It can be used as an alternative for Firefox if you are having a computer with lesser RAM (Ram up-to 512 mb).Google chrome has an integrated Task manager that shows the processes being owned by the browser..their memory , cpu consumption and process id’s,shared and virtual memory consumption.

3:- Opera :-

This browser not only offers good browsing speed but also provides different mode of interacting with the browser and one of such an interaction is with voice commands..You can issue commands to the browser with your voice and Like windows narrator .. Opera comes with an integrated reader that can read texts from the webpage to you . Tabbed browsing that’s available on each browser available today was first introduced in Opera . It also has an integrated mail client which enable you to browse/compose/send/retrieve emails and is surely one of the best browser for your computer.

4:- Safari :-

Developed by Apple Corporation , this browser enables you to securely visit any website with its built in security features like other top notch browsers. It has a progress-bar that shows how the browser is performing w.r.to speed . One of my favorite feature of safari is the Reading list in which you can save the links to the webpages that you’d like to visit later . One of the reason why safari isn’t famous among the public is because Apple Corporation launched the browser for non mac Operating Systems too late ..the features of this browser makes it to this list of the best browsers for computer .

5:- Internet Explorer :-

IE is one of the most widely used browser in the world . Like Firefox IE supports a huge range of addons out of which some are free and some purchasable .. Drawback is that IE isn’t the fastest browser available ..
