The successor to one of the best selling tablet from the Taiwanese computer manufacturer Asus, the fonepad 7 has been launched. This new tablet is bundled with many exciting features (including voice calling) and it is priced under 16000 Rs. Newer version of Fonepad 7 has the model number FE375CL. It features lollipop OS based Asus Zen UI.
The Android 5.0 OS powered Asus Fonepad 7 FE375CL tablet has a 64 bit computing architecture. It is based on narrow bezel design. Thus this tablet won’t easily slip off your hand. Fonepad 7 (FE375CL) has Intel’s quad-core 1.3 GHz processor (model Intel Atom Z3530). The earlier edition of this tablet was using a 2 core processor. Thus its price tag was under 10K. As FE375CL offers 4 core CPU, its price is higher than the dual core chip powered Fonepad 7. It should offer better video playback, multi-tasking and gaming experience.
Fonepad 7 FE375CL can play HD videos for a continuous 12 hours. Its battery can keep the tablet powered for up to 720 minutes. This device supports LTE connectivity. According to Asus, Fonepad 7 offers a staggering 297 hours of 4G standby-time. Its talk-time is around 22 hours. This device supports 64GB SD cards. It has Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 8 or 16GB storage, GLONASS, GPS, 2GB RAM and HD 7 inch (1280 x 800 pixel resolution) touchscreen display. This Asus Lollipop tablet includes a FHD rear 5.0 MP camera and a front 2.0 MP HD camera.
It supports Miracast mode in which users can stream high-definition videos from the tablet to a TV. This tablet also features DLNA technology that ensures a smooth multi-tasking experience even when you’re sharing audio/video files to other device. Asus Fonepad 7 FE375CL has a front speaker that is backed by SoniMaster sound technology. It is 10.10 millimeters thin. The weight of Asus FE375CL is around 300 grams. This tablet from Asus is available in black/white color option for below 16k Rs.
