• Starting a Job consultancy service:-If you’ve got good contacts with the HR’s then you can earn your living by just referring needed people to the HR’s or notifying them of current openings in lieu of some fees. The online classified services are great resource to find new clients as you’ll find 1000’s of job seekers posting their details in the job’s category of the classified sites. All you need to do is to contact the needed people either through mail/phone and market your consulting services to them. I got to know of this business when I came in contact with a local job consultancy service while searching for my first job in the year 2013.I was told to pay a sum of 5000 RS (85-90 U$) in exchange of 10 interview calls. I backed off from this offer.

• Earning Commissions:-This is the best method in this context as there are more chances to achieve success than failure. The chances of failure are grim as it doesn’t require any kind of monetary investment. All you have to do is keep an eye on the buy and sell real-estate sections of the classified websites as there are 1000’s of properties up for sale/buyers posting their real-estate requirements. If you know someone (or someone has contacted you) who requires or wants to sell a property (A property which is up for sale ), you can earn a handsome commission just by making the selling party agree to give you some commission if you’re able to get a client who’ll purchase the property up for sale.

• Selling Old Products:-If you want to get rid of your old products, instead of throwing it in the scrap, you can put it up for sale on the classified websites like OLX, Quikr , when your Ad goes live , within few days you’ll be surprised to see people expressing their interests to purchase this product. If you get replies to your AD, don’t be late to seal off the best offer. If you’re not satisfied by only selling your products, you can purchase your friends old inventory (if she/he’s ready to sell it to you) and sell it as mentioned above at some higher rate than what you paid to get the product.

• Software Projects:-If you have coding/scripting skills, then you can earn money from the comfort of your home just by marketing your services in the software category of classified websites, there would be a lot of people browsing this category to get some of their requirements to be shaped in the form of computer programs/websites at cheap costs. You might not know this fact that many of the software and website development start-ups get their initial clients either from references or through their marketing campaign on the classified websites.
