ZOPO mobiles would be launching a variant of its ZP998 phone. The device would be named ZP998 plus and would come with upgraded camera specifications of its predecessor (as per the revealed specifications ). It would be powered with a 1.7 GHz Octacore processor just like its predecessor. The chipset manufacturer has not been revealed but its expected to be Mediatek (model MTK6592) . It would have Android jelly bean 4.2 operating system and the apps that can run on this OS.

This ZOPO mobile would come with a 2GB RAM and a massive 16 Gigabyte storage space. It has 2 SIM (GSM, WCDMA) card slots. For storage expansion, ZP998 plus would support 64 GB MicroSD card. With a support for NFC, this phone would also feature a 14 megapixel back camera with f 2.0 aperture (just like the Google Nexus 5 and Apple Iphone 5S) , LED flash and a front facing 5 megapixel camera. The cameras of this mobile would be able to record full HD 1080p videos. With a 151.4 x 76.1 x 9.1 millimeters dimensions, this phone would come with a Full HD 5.5 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display which is set to a crystal clear resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. For dust and scratch resistance, ZP998 has Corning gorilla glass technology. The phone includes a battery which will give around 3-5 days of standby time to the device.
