Tescom India has launched a budget Android ICS (Ice cream sandwich) OS running tablet for a price around 4500 - 5000 Rs. Labelled as Turbo, this cheap device supports 3G connectivity via a USB dongle and supports Bluetooth, WiFi connectivity as well.
