After a bad 2013, HTC would be hoping to hoping to see good sales for their upcoming smartphones.The Taiwanese phone manufacturer had recently launched the Desire 310 budget phone now there’s news of HTC coming up with the successor to the HTC one phone.This successor, reportedly called as HTC One 2 or M8 has been listed on the french government website. From this listing the news has been confirmed. It seems like french markets would be the first place to see the launch of HTC M8 or One 2.
HTC One 2 Quad Core phone with Android Kit Kat OS
As per the french website’s listing, M8 or One 2 would be available for purchase in dual Sim/Micro SIM variants. If the rumors were believed to be true, this device would run the Android 4.4 Kit Kat operating system. This phone would be powered by a Quad core 1.9 GHz Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 processor. This phone would be equipped with a 2GB RAM (just like the HTC One) and is expected to come with a 16/32 GB storage space.This Android OS running phone is expected to sport a 5 inch display with 1440×2560 pixel screen resolution. The display should employ either the corning gorilla glass protection or the OGS technology for scratch resistance/dust protection. One 2 / M8 is rumored to come with a ultra pixels supporting 10+ MP rear camera and a front camera that should support HD video recording as well as calling.This device is expected to come with a molded metal case.
