Customer Care :- Sometimes , you may need to contact customer care to know about or disable a particular service . To contact customer care , simply dial 121 or 198 on your phone.

Balance :- To check your balance then dial 12525 or *111# . On dialing this number , your current net balance will be displayed.

Recharge :- To recharge your Docomo phone , simply dial *135*2< your recharge ode pin># . You can even find this code on the back side of your recharge code coupon.

Do Not Disturb :- To block tele marketing calls or marketing related services you need to enable DND . To start DND on Docomo send START DND message to the number 1909.

Check GPRS Balance :- To check GPRS balance , simply dial *111*1# on your phone.

Activating packs :- To activate monthly or any other fun pack on your Tata Docomo phone , dial *141#.

Activate 3G :- You may may want to start 3G on TATA Docmomo phone to browse internet faster . To do this , send ACT3G message to the number 53333.
