- Government is currently running several camps for citizens of India to apply for Aadhar cards . If you are not aware of this , your neighbor or nearby friend many know about it . Call your friend and visit the nearest camp with some documents having your exact residential address and your photo copies with the enrollment form .
- Now you’ll need to undergo some verification tests (like scanning of documents,scanning your fingerprints,..etc) .Do whatever the computer operator/person who’s collecting the forms says you .
- After the verification procedure to apply for aadhar card is complete , you’ll get a slip (which is the proof of your aadhar card application) with a number which you can use to check your aadhar status online by clicking on this link. Make sure that you don’t lose your slip as in-case you don’t get your card on time , you can use it to check the status or the reason why you didn’t get it,
Once all the above procedures are complete , you’ll have to wait for 2-3 months for your card to reach at the address you had mentioned while applying.
