If you were thinking that XOLO Win Q900s and IRIS Win1 were the last Windows 8.1 handsets launched by Lava then you were wrong. LAVA has listed a new Win series budget handset on its XOLO brand’s official site. It has also revealed the phone’s 8500 Rs price tag.
XOLO Q1000 is a Windows 8.1 OS running phone that is preloaded with some of the top Microsoft’s services like Internet explorer, office, and outlook. This handset has an outdated Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core CPU that has been configured to clock at 1.2 GHz. Snapdragon 200 works well with Windows OS.
I’ve tested LAVA IRIS Win1 phone that features the same chip. Win1 was able to run MS Office and other preloaded apps flawlessly. Win1 also happens to be the most successful Windows phone of LAVA.
Anyways, the XOLO WIN Q1000 phone flaunts an IPS 720 pixel 5.0 inches touchscreen display. Although the resolution is HD, this phone supports just 256K color combinations. The pixel density of Q1000 is 294.
This XOLO phone within a budget of 8000 to 9000 comes with 1GB RAM. It uses the PureCel 8.0 megapixel sensor that packs with f/2.0 aperture.
