Most of you might be spending your free time in searching for a new Job or registering yourself on a new Job Portal .. isn’t it? . That’s what i used to do when i were an employee in some xyz company . I registered myself on each and every job portal i found in the Google search results but this was simply a waste of my genuine time in my perspective as i didn’t receive any call nor email nor any company viewed my profile/resume from those sites (I wouldn’t take their name and malign them) . The main objective of any internet portal like job portals is to get as much as traffic as they can and improve their page ranks .. this also helps them to improve their revenues as more that traffic more the job seekers sand more the job seekers more the companies registering so such portals . These portals (not the ones i’ll be mentioning below) simply update their jobs from the below top 5 portals :-
1:- MonsterIndia.com
In my perspective , this is the top site amongst all the job portals running till date.. Most of the calls and emails i received regarding a new job opportunity were from monsterindia.com . All you need to do is to make sure that your profile is 100% complete and you’ve verified your email and your mobile number ..on doing this ..within few days you’ll start receiving calls and emails from companies searching for candidates.
2:-Naukri.com:- I used naukri.com to search for the jobs manually and if i got to see the one that i required i forwarded my resume to the respective company . You can use naukri.com to search and submit an application for a job .Like MonsterIndia, you can are made to create a profile and upload your resume to naukri’s database .
3:- Indeed.com:- indeed.com is a job search engine like Google that indexes jobs that it finds from all over the Internet . Use it if you don’t want to register/log into the job portal each and every time ..
4:- Freshersworld.com :-One major advantage of freshersworld over other sites is that they have huge database of interview questions and answers.Hence you can search and apply for the job and prepare for the interview at the same time .
5:- Google.com:-Google’s monstrous database has billions of jobs in it .. Go through the job search results on Google .. You’ll find most recently posted job easily .
Excluding the above 5 sites , never waste your time on other job portals . Registering or using the above 5 sites are enough to get into a new company .
