  1. Backup all your important data.
  2. Root Karbonn Titanium S5 using this tutorial .
  3. Enable USB Debugging mode on your phone.
  4. Recharge the battery till its full.

Once you follow these 5 above mentioned steps :

  1. Connect your phone to the computer via USB (With debugging mode enabled).
  2. Download the ROM Manager app for Android and install it.
  3. Now, its time to install the ClockworkMod Recovery. SO, without wasting much time, install CWM.
  4. Now, download Stock ROM for Karbonn S5 through this link.
  5. Copy this downloaded file to your phone’s SD card.
  6. Now comes the real fun part, restart your mobile phone in recovery mode (Run Rom manager app and select recovery mode or by pressing Volume up, home and power button at the same time till the device is rebooted).
  7. Once, your phone enters the recovery mode, select backup/restore. This will backup your important information.
  8. From the apps recovery menu, select total erase/Wipe Data. Once the erase operation is complete do the same task to clear wipe cache and Wipe Dalvik Cache.
  9. Now, go back to the recovery menu and select Flash Rom from SD card and select the file that you had stored in the step 4.
  10. Follow onscreen instructions till the update process is complete.
